About the Program

Few professions offer as many opportunities as those in management or human resources. More and more organizations see the need for HR personnel, and every company has managers. You could become one of these professionals by enrolling in Iowa Western’s Management and Human Resources degree program. In just two years, you can earn an Associate's degree and begin working immediately.

In this program, you will acquire the foundation needed for a wide range of careers by taking core courses in both management and human resources. To round out your skills, you will also study accounting, marketing, communication, business, and related topics.

Career Information

This program is designed for students of all ages intending to enter the workforce upon completion of this two-year degree. This program will prepare you for a managerial or human resource position within your current organization or with a multitude of other companies. The demand for entry-level managers and human resources professionals continues to grow as our economy expands.
