The Gourmet Dinner that is presented by Iowa Western Culinary students will be held on Saturday, November 14th. Hors d' oeuvres will be passed at 6:00pm in the student center and dinner will be served at 7:00pm in the cafeteria.
The money being raised is for the Culinary Arts scholarship fund and the Food Show trip to Chicago.
For $45 you will get a 7 course meal that is featuring duck and buffalo as part of the entrée. The menu is attached.
