This weeks Luncheon has a Greek theme. Come join us for lunch on Friday from 11:00-1:00 in the State Room for a Culinary Luncheon and check out our bake sale items as well. We will have Apple Crisp, German Chocolate Cakettes and Bierocks( beef and cabbage stuffed bread sandwiches ). Cheese Fritters served in a brandy lemon flaming cheese.
Greek Baked Rice Pilaf-
Greek seasoned rice

Baked in olive oil and Greek seasoning’s.
Entrees-
Greek Chicken-
Served with a baked rice pilaf and potatoes.
Souvlaki-
Grilled pork on a skewer served with tomato ,onion, and tzatziki sauce on a pita.
Gyro Pizza-
Garnished with feta cheese, onion, and mozzarella cheese with gyro meat on a pita.
Desserts-
Cinnamon Pita-
Served warm with a dusting of sugar and cinnamon.
Baklava-
A traditional dessert served in Greece.
Banana Foster
Served with vanilla ice cream.
