We are located in the Looft Hall Conference Center on the Council Bluffs Campus and at locations in Atlantic, Clarinda, Harlan and Shenandoah. We provide our community with non-credit classes, certification updates, GEDs, English as a Second Language, and much more. Some classes qualify for the Lifetime Learning Tax Credit.
