Ethics and the Financial Planning Process
We will examine the six steps of the financial planning process and the related Practice Standards as adopted by the CFP's Board of Governors as well as the relationship between each Practice Standard and the CFP Board's Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility. IRA's Rules and Strategies, New for 2010
We will look at the many rules governing the use of Traditional and Roth IRA's, including setting up an IRA, contributions, withdrawals, conversions, inheritance of IRA's, rollovers, required minimum distributions and acts that result in penalties.
