The Clarinda Center of Iowa Western Community College is located on eight acres in east Clarinda, adjacent to the city park and fairgrounds.
Instructional services at the Clarinda center include a comprehensive arts and sciences program and several vocational-technical programs plus Continuing Education classes. Students can stay close to home while starting on their bachelor’s degree. IWCC students also enjoy the flexibility in scheduling their classes and the opportunity to choose from day, evening and weekend classes.
The center consists of Optiz Hall, Rowland Hall, Royal Hall, Edith Lisle Library, Student Union (Depot), and the Activities Building.
