Perhaps a bit more academic than our other ethics classes, but still a great class. Review state regulations that seem to cause the most issues. Current events are reviewed that have ethical issues. A review of the specifics of rebating, twisting, churning and how to avoid problems both now and years from now (IA: 3 ethics/NE: 3 ethics). Fee $45

Pushing Up Daisies

This course discusses one creative thing people try to do with wills and trusts using insurance products and why those products get thrown out in probate. You will develop a glossary of terms needed to help you provide the best service to your clients. Iowa approved for 6 hours of general credit and NE approved credit for 6 hours of life credit. Learn how to incorporate IRS Publications 950 and 990 in your daily business. This course takes the rules from these publications and applies them to the various types of retirement income arrangements, both qualified and non-qualified.
