The Black Tie Harvest is Iowa Western Community College’s largest single fundraising event, raising over one million dollars during the past ten years. In 2009, all Black Tie proceeds will benefit the Lloyd Endowed Scholarship Fund. This newly established endowment is dedicated to nursing students and was created to address the area’s nursing shortage. Please join Iowa Western and over 300 supporters as they once again gather for the Black Tie Harvest; an elegant evening of sun, food and fundraising.

Mission
To create an annual event bringing visibility, recognizing friends, and securing resources for college scholarships.
Proceeds from the Black Tie Auction will be directed to match the newly established Lloyd Endowed Nursing Scholarship Fund.
