Welcome to IWCC

The center is located in our new building at 1901 Hawkeye Ave. Suite 102 (along Highway 59), and serves Harlan and the surrounding communities with a wide variety of programming.

College credit, including a Practical Nursing Program; Continuing Education classes; GED; and ELL (English Language Learner) classes offer a variety of educational opportunities for all types of learners. The staff at Iowa Western’s Shelby County Center can help you with all your college needs.
