Iowa Western's residence hall is a high rise, five story building that houses male students. Rooms are spacious, measuring 10 feet by 17½ feet. Students can choose a double option meaning two students live in each room or a single option meaning only one student lives in a room.
Each room is furnished with two beds, two study units, two wardrobes, and two dressers, and each room has its own heating and air-conditioning units. Blinds are provided for all windows, but students will need to bring their own bed linens and pillows, bath towels, and any other amenities they wish to have. Microwaves and small refrigerators are allowed in the rooms. All students living in the Tower are required to have a meal plan.
The Reiver Tower provides students with several options for unwinding after a stressful test or study session. The game area, located on the main floor, is equipped with two pool tables, ping pong table, and a large-screen TV. Students are encouraged to use the area to relax, have fun, and make friends. Laundry facilities and computer lab are also located in the building for the students' convenience.
