Suites I & II
Each suite is designed to accommodate four students and includes a living room, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms. All suites are furnished with bedroom furniture. Mini-blinds are also provided. Students need to bring their own bed linens and pillows, bath towels, plus any other amenities they wish to have.
Students living in the suites will have an unlimited dining in the cafe included in their housing. Microwaves and small refrigerators are allowed in the rooms. Laundry facilities and a computer lab are also located in the building for the students’ convenience.
Suites II houses our Pride Q*mmunity, which is geared towards students and allies of the LGBTQ+ community who are interested in personal growth within a safe and supportive environment. Students living in this community are committed to gender inclusion and equity.

Village
Each apartment is designed with a living room, dining area, two bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen. Students can choose from a quad option meaning four total students live in the apartment or a single option meaning two total students live in the apartment.
All apartments are furnished with dining room, and bedroom furniture, plus a stove and refrigerator. Students need to bring their own cooking and eating utensils, bed linens and pillows, bath towels, plus any other amenities they wish to have.
Students living in the village will have an unlimited dining in the cafe included in their housing.

Tower
Iowa Western’s residence hall is a high rise, five-story building that houses male students. Rooms are spacious, measuring 10 feet by 17½ feet. Students can choose a double option meaning two students live in each room or a single option meaning only one student lives in a room.
Each room is furnished with two beds, two study units, two wardrobes, and two dressers, and each room has its own heating and air-conditioning units. Blinds are provided for all windows, but students will need to bring their own bed linens and pillows, bath towels, and any other amenities they wish to have. Microwaves and small refrigerators are allowed in the rooms. Students living in the tower will have an unlimited dining in the cafe included in their housing contract.
The Reiver Tower provides students with several options for unwinding after a stressful test or study session. The game area, located on the main floor, is equipped with two pool tables, a ping pong table, and a large-screen TV. Students are encouraged to use the area to relax, have fun, and make friends. Laundry facilities and a computer lab are also located in the building for the students’ convenience.
